1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Clear Path Restoration LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") for biohazard remediation, crime scene cleanup, or related services (the "Services"), you ("Client," "you") agree to these legally binding Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Services Overview

We provide compassionate, trauma-informed cleanup services including:

• Biohazard Remediation (blood, bodily fluids, pathogens)
• Crime Scene & Trauma Scene Cleaning
• Unattended Death Cleanup
• Hoarding Remediation & Odor Elimination
• Medical Waste Disposal
• Insurance Claims Assistance

3. Client Responsibilities

• Disclose known biohazards (e.g., infectious diseases) or structural risks.
• Provide unobstructed access to the worksite.
• Cooperate with insurance documentation if applicable.

4. Fees & Payment

• Emergency services require a 50% deposit for after-hours dispatch.
• Balances unpaid after 30 days accrue 1.5% monthly interest.
• Client remains responsible for unpaid insurance balances.

5. Limitation of Liability

We adhere to industry standards but cannot guarantee absolute elimination of microbial hazards. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service.

6. Confidentiality & Safety

• All case details remain confidential unless legally required.
• OSHA-approved PPE and protocols are used at all times.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Disputes will be resolved in Clark County courts.
